Keith, along with Matt, founded Field House Athletics in 2009 out of his passion for baseball and desire to promote the sport amongst youths. Matt had privately instructed Keith's son, Nolan, for years and the bond they formed was the impetus for the Field House. Keith has been around baseball all his life. For over 20-years he assisted in the design and enhancement of a popular table baseball game called "Replay Games" that his father Norm had invented.

He also played youth baseball and adult baseball beginning in the late 60's through the late 90's and was involved in coaching and managing at different levels. Keith has had a successful 30 year career in the Building Supply industry owning his own business for the last decade until he co-founded Field House Athletics with Matt Baird.
